PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/CHANGE PROCESS
Prepare a Process Improvement/Change Project presentation . Prepare 10-15 Microsoft® PowerPoint® slides and speaker notes. I do not count the introduction or conclusion slides in the slide count.
Please turn in the speaker notes in word format along with the PPP. I would like the speaker notes to be complete with each slide and submitted as a word document as well.

Describe the need for the change or enhancement including driving forces such as regulatory, benchmarking, improved efficiency, patient satisfaction, or a life safety issue.
Discuss how your organization determined a path to remedy the problem and the proposed timeline and methodology to be used.
Identify what change theorist and leadership style you would incorporate.
Identify research literature to support the proposed change process.
Discuss and describe the PDCA cycle, implementation strategies, and the evaluation process.
Format
Demonstrates evidence of use of the UOP library and Internet. Uses correct APA format, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Uses headings to organize sections of the paper.
