A trip to Bryant Park! www.bryantpark.org. What a perfect time of year to visit beautiful and historic Bryant Park with its ice-skating, holiday markets, hot chocolate, and so much more!

I would like for you to walk across the street and visit yet another amazing New York City landmark located right on campus. Just cross Fifth Ave and walk less than a block down 42cnd Street and head to the park! Once there, take in all of the holiday spirit while you search for the famous statue of the brilliant American poet William Cullen Bryant, for whom the park was named. When you have found it, take pictures, pictures, and more pictures! For this field trip, I would like for you to document your time at the park by taking as many pictures of your friends and classmates as possible. Post your pictures along with a short descriptive narrative about your trip using the following questions:

1. Tell me all about your trip in detail! Did you have fun? What did you like best about the park? Was it easy to find the statue of William Cullen Bryant? What activities did you engage in while you were there? Skating? Shopping? Eating? Drinking? Did you buy any Christmas gifts? How was the weather? Did it make your trip less or more enjoyable?

Your Narrative should be no longer than one to three paragraphs in length.
