This is assignment is targeted towards getting an investor to fund the project of buying a 61 rooms hotel that has 161 parking spots and is located in Maple Ridge called The Quality Inn. We are looking to open a pub within the restaurant.
I need to justify the revenue and basically the reason for the financial forecast is for the investor to know if he/she will be able to receive money back if he/she decides to invest in the project.
