Today, organizations are facing overwhelming challenges in hiring, training, and retaining people. Promoting equal pay for work of equal value or pay equity is a very important issue in the human resource management. Pay equity provide women the right to gain the rewards according to their value.

According to the article, the existence of the large gender wage gap is the lifestyle that women choose. It is their wiliness to sacrifice more and make the improvement of the jobs. The interest thing is in our modern society, women caught up with men in education and job experience. Sometimes, women has better performance in some area than men. However, the interesting thing is women is east to occur some issue is affect their work which may lead the wage gap.
