Write an analysis of an organization’s (Apple) ethical framework based on public communications. This is accomplished by examining the specific statement of legitimacy, including the vision and mission statement. Select on of these “You will select one of the branches of ethics and relate the organization to a business scenario: Normative ethics, Meta-ethics, Applied ethics, Moral ethics, Descriptive ethics.”
**Required Structure
o Identify the company – include a concise statement of the history, background and important facts of the organization.
o Identify the major ethical topics you are analyzing as expressed by the organization.
o Analysis of the topic – This is basically an analysis of the major topics you have elected to analyze using a branch of ethics you select. For example, if you selected Apple you will begin by stating its public mission and vision statements. Then by analyzing the components of these statements you will assess the organizations social responsibilities and leadership values and duties.
o Drawing upon your readings, consider potential blind spots, what kinds of ethical questions help this company adapt for improvements and ways that it can continue to implement successful and ethical policies.
o A bibliography of outside resources will accompany your paper.
