TERM PAPER: (200 points). The final paper is a 7-10 page term paper of an issue or framework of Community Organization using no fewer than six (6) resources. The essay should be theoretical and analytical, using examples from the textbook, other readings, class discussions, and observations to explain key points. The purpose is not to do new research, but to utilize observations and experiences as well as easily collected documents to explore in depth concepts or analytical problems that are at the core of community development and bring them into discourse with class readings and other related texts. Students may use material gleaned from journal article reviews in their final papers.
