The readings and discussions in this module have attempted to highlight activities, practices, tools and strategies for the effective monitoring, controlling and closing of projects. Project managers should have a plan for these and, in fact, each should be addressed in the overall project plan.
Analysing a Project part 3

For this part, in approximately 500 words, develop and explain your plan for monitoring, controlling and closing your chosen project. Be sure to include any lessons learned. What tools, templates and processes would you use to monitor and control your project? Include a rationale for your selections. Make sure to address how you would recognise and handle variances from the project plan and what method(s) you will use to document the project while it is underway and at its conclusion.
