You may choose an organization currently facing an ethical crisis, or one from the recent (no earlier than 2002) past.

If you choose a current dilemma, discuss all sides of the dilemma and offer what you believe to be the best solution.

If you choose a past dilemma, discuss all sides of the dilemma, and thoroughly critique the organization’s response. (Note the word “critique” does not only mean finding fault. It means a complete evaluation of both the pros and the cons).

Defend your position, providing a clear argument supporting your decision or analysis.

Provide clear and specific examples of how the organization lives up to “best practices” and any cases where if failed to live up to them and how those deficiencies were corrected.
