• What type of organization are you
• How large are you
• What type of employees will you hire
o This includes education level
o But also demographics
• How will you attract?
• How will you select?
• How will you conduct newcomer socialization?
• How will you retain employees?
• How will you compensate?
• How will you deal with attrition?
