Cultural diversity is a very important tool in the success of many international businesses today. Another problem may arise due to relationships. Americans treat friendship more casually while for the Chinese, the case is totally different. This cultural difference in relationship style may affect the Chinese manager on how he/she interacts with other workers and this can adversely affect the running of the business.
In conclusion the Chinese and United States cultures are different. However this could be solved by slowly learning and understanding cultural dynamics between the two communities.
