Incentive Payment Programs Chart
When working in HR, you will quickly learn that different people value different types of incentive and compensation plans. This assignment will challenge you to investigate the different types of incentive programs. Complete both parts of the following assignment:
Part One: Use the table function in Word to make a chart that compares the advantages and disadvantages of the four types of incentive payment programs (performance-based, individual, group/team, and organizational).
A table can be created in Word 2010 by going to the Insert tab and selecting Table.
Part Two: Write a page analyzing your findings.
Based on your charts, what rewards do you think are most effective and why?
