For two of the speeches you watched or read, identify the audience, the purpose, and the context dimensions of the situation (rhetoric will be covered in more detail later in this course). Compare and contrast the two speeches: How were they relevant for the time? What were some of the differences? How did they or why did they not serve their purpose? This assignment should be 500-700 words.
One of the important skills to demonstrate through this assignment is your ability to adapt your written work for an academic audience. To do that, you should write a piece that has a clear introduction, body, and conclusion and which clearly documents both primary and secondary source material using the APA style format adopted by Bellevue University.
