Your PPT should focus on the following three items:1.Include at least three training outcomes, based on your TNA;2.Identify the expected performance of the group or individuals as a result of the training;3.Identify performance gaps and explain how your defined training can help close those gaps.Key Components Checklist for Your PPT:1.An introduction providing purpose and overview of your presentation, including a brief summary of your Assignment #1;2.Provide at least three training outcomes that are aligned with the organizational goals;3.Identify the expected performance of the group or individuals as a result of the training;4.Identify performance gaps and explain how your defined training can help close those gaps;5.A summary/conclusion slide;6.A References slide(s).Format Requirements Checklist:•Your PPT should have 6 to 8 slides not counting the Title slide and the References slide(s);•You should have a title slide which includes the title of your presentation, your name, the course name/number, and the date;•You should have section titles for the six key components of your PPT;•You should have in-text citations in your slides. Both in-text citations and references should be in APA format;•You may use any background, font, color theme in your slides. Efforts in enhancing visual presentation are encouraged;•You are not required to use the PPT notes area for this assignment, but you may include notes for practice purpose.
