The Task
You are to write a report for your senior manager which evaluates three methods of communication, involvement and participation currently in use, or that you wish to use in your workplace.

Your report should do the following
Draw upon academic and organisational research on the effectiveness of techniques; what impacts they will have or are having.
Critically analyse how your organisation uses these techniques
Consider if there are any better alternatives
Identify value to the company in e.g. increased profit, productivity, morale or other advantages. arguments for change

Assessment
The assignment will be tutor assessed as follows.

Appropriateness of recommendations
Presentation and persuasiveness
Realistic proposals with critical or persuasive arguments.
Novel or unique initiatives as opposed to e.g. just describing your company suggestion scheme.
