One article by Andy Wickens entitled – ‘The frontal lobes’. The book chapters and the article by Andy Wickens provide you with an overview of executive functioning generally (history, definitions, some models), together with an explanation of the physiology of executive functioning; the journals provide more specific findings relating to executive functioning in the area of disordered eating. You should also locate at least 2 journals yourself.
