Adrian and JUDY came to therapy with their adult daughter, who has some significant developmental difficulties. There’s a clear triangle between the mother, father, and the adult daughter. The father is closer to daughter than mother and mother resents that because she does not have same relationship with daughter. None of them knew why father is closer to daughter than mother. The family came to family therapy because of the many problems like communication problem, they are having with their daughter and also because of concerns they have about their daughter� not having any life style (daughter is 32 years old, works part time, no boyfriend or friends and stays at home all the time).
