Consideration must be given to the customers view, i.e. order winners and order qualifiers. You may need to benchmark to evaluate if a feature is a strength).
3) Your view of the extent to which the operations function supports the broader Business Strategy of the organization from a global perspective.
4) Your recommendations for improving the operations function, whilst leaving the broader business policy unchanged. Weaknesses from section 2 would normally be the subject of improvement recommendations. Your recommendations should have sufficient detail that their feasibility could result in an MD approving implementation
