Case for analysis: Breech Birth

You are called to Karen, a 36 year old female, para (3), gravida (2), 37 weeks gestation in labour. Karen states she has been pushing for the last 10 min. Karen has not received any antenatal care because she states her other pregnancies were complication free. It is 1430 hours, Karen is positioned in her bathroom on all fours, and on examination you see a foot presenting.
Does not receiving antenatal care present a problem for you as a paramedic, explain your reasons? Are there any risks associated with vaginal breech birth, if so explain why?
