Google Inc. is a multinational company based in the United States, it has been noted that Google Inc. is listed number one as the fortune company for consecutive years. The organization specializes with services and products that are internet related. Google Inc. offers cloud computing, search engine optimization (SEO), online technologies and software (Battelle, 2006). Surveys have shown that Google Inc. makes most of its returns from AdWords. The organization was founded by Sergey Brin and Larry Page while the two were Stanford University’s PhD students, and owns sixteen percent of Google Inc. shares. It has been noted that Google Inc. in September 4th 1998 was incorporated as a private company, with initial public offering taking place in August 19th 2004 (Levy, 2011). The headquarters of Google Inc. are based in Mountain View in California commonly known by the name Googleplex.
