Importance of the allocation of responsibilities
In industry there are approaches to improve the working environment by involving employees. Among the tools to assign responsibilities to individuals in business, and thus ensure greater involvement of these decisions, they are:
• Quality Circles
• autonomous work groups
• Training for awareness (training group T)
These and other techniques can be implemented in the company with the sole purpose of achieving the improvement of the working environment by involving employees. The results should be seen immediately: increased motivation, there is less job turnover, decreased absenteeism, fewer complaints, generally no greater job satisfaction.
Instructions:
1. To make the following activity think of a business or company you would like to have.
2. Once you have the business or company in mind, prepare a whirlwind of ideas on how you could improve the quality of working life in it.
3. Assume now nothing is being done about it and that you have entrusted this responsibility as a special project.
4. Write ten (10) ideas on how to improve the working environment by involving employees. Every idea is worth 5 points.
5. Argues why these ideas will result in greater job satisfaction.
6. Write your argument not less than one (1) paragraph of 4-5 sentences.
7. Watch your spelling and grammar.
