Job Summery
Provide administrative support to the director of management and employees and maintain records and related documents.

Main duties and responsibilities

Career Role

§  Scheduling appointment on behalf of the director, and provide callers with the required information, receive messages, drafting and typing of correspondence and perform any other administrative tasks might needed.

§  Receive calls, respond to callers inquiries and transform calls to the appropriate person

§  Record the meeting event of the Director of the department.

§  Writing letters and correspondence as directed by the Director of the department.

§  Transferring of incoming mail to staff specialists in the case of any errors.

§  Prepare internal memos to the director of the department and re-arrangements for delivery.

§  Save copies of all correspondence, documents and publications and distribute them according to the instructions of the Director of the department.

§  Coordinating with the officials to prepare travel arrangements and schedules all bookings for the Director of the department.

§  To undertake any other administrative tasks as needed and as assigned by the Director of Human Resources Management.
