The film “9/11: Press for Truth” is a documentary based on a true story that brings to light the occurrences at the time the United States of America was attacked by foreign terrorists. As opposed to popular belief that the attacks were a pure terrorist attack, which caught the government off guard, many sources believe otherwise and are under the impression that there is so much that could be to prevent what happened had the government been keen enough. The documentary skillfully introduces three characters to represent the group that lost their families during the attacks. Generally, we can argue that there is so much use of symbolism in the film used to communicate. Though this is so, the reality of the matter is still conspicuous as the basis is on actual things that happened due to insecurity reasons. The question of whether the government did enough when warned about the attacks was to be rhetoric. However, in reality, it will raise much more questions and needs to get answers for peace of mind. From a general perspective, the media shows how institutions are substandard when performing their roles. For instance, the security team was also incompetent for the failure to get enough information on the attacks. The film uses symbolism to bring out the bigger picture of the incident.
The film “TerrorStorm: A History of Government Sponsored Terrorism” has been controversial for a long time following the sensitive topics that it discusses. The film influences the question, ‘could the government of United States have sponsored the 9/11 attacks?’ Though there are no actual answers to this puzzle, there are certain facts that presented in the film to enable perception of the whole situation differently. However, it is worth noting the techniques that employed in the film are rather skillful. Finally, the facts of the matters shared to prove that it is actually true that because of misguided decisions, there have been incidences of lump sums of money lost.
