My topic is about exploring the similarities and differences in employees motivation using two companies based in the UK (OXFAM and Marks and Spencer). The companies are from different sector Oxfam company is considered as nonprofit organisation while marks and Spencer is a for profit organisation. I wanted to adopt a qualitative approach using interviews to answer my research questions. The questions to be used in the interviews are attached in the additional documents. I need to use only 4 interviews with 2 people from OXFAM ( I prefer one working as volunteer without payment and another one working but with lower salary in comparison with other sector in order to make comparisons where relevant). Concerning marks and Spencer I need to interview employees in the food sector and ask them the same questions in order to make comparison and see the differences and similarities). Concerning the details about structure and the things and theories that I want to include, they are attached as well in the additional documents. Furthermore, as I have read some useful journal articles and books, so I will attach them in the additional documents so that you can put them on my reference list and use them in the literature.
