Individual Case Analysis
– Please read the short case, EcoSeagate & Team Development.
– Review the separate handout on the PEAS framework.
Case assignment:
Amidst increasing criticism from numerous stakeholders, consider the issues Watkins is facing as he thinks about the need to defend his EcoSeagate event. Analyze the case using the PEAS structure (see additional handout) and use at least two concepts from our course to support your analyses.
Requirements:
– This is an individual (not a team) assignment.
– Minimum 5 Pages double-spaced, 12-point font, Times New Roman, APA format (Page length does not include title page, abstract, or list of references).
– Clear introduction, with a brief summary of the case
– An analysis using the PEAS framework
o Apply at least two concepts from the textbook (and correctly cite)
o Apply at least two external sources (e.g. articles from library databases) to support your analysis and solutions (and correctly cite)
– Recommendations for Watkins (play the role of a consultant or a member of Watkin’s management team).
– Summary / Concluding paragraph
