This assessment has to be written in a report format. I have chosen Ikea therefore I would like the writer to use Ikea as the company base for the whole report. The whole report will apply Hofstede framework used in the study of organizational culture to conduct an analysis of an organization’s culture.

– Explain why you chose Hofstede
– What alternatives models could you have selected
– For 2.1 just explain in a few words showing you have acknowledged the above.
3.0 Application of the framework to Ikea (or company of your choice) to the following section will use (explain the initial part).
Example as below.
3.1 Power distance (define and explain company Ikea + references).
3.2 Uncertainty (define and explain Ikea based + references).
3.3 Masculinity vs feminity (define and explain Ikea based + references).
3.4 Individualism vs collectivism (define and explain Ikea based + references).
3.5 Give a clear relationship between sections.
