note- (for question 4 can you please talk about my research ability, I\’m a RNAseq candidate in my research lab, where I validate the gene for others to work on. My research abilities are: i can distinguish between a male and a female hermaphrodite. Can do RNA and DNA extraction from worms, and can perform a cDNA and gDNA synthesis. Know how to work with PCR and qPCR and analyze those datas. Gained idea of how to make decisions at difficult situation and improved my note taking ability to keep track on what I do. Can design a primer according to the need and developed few programs to analyze qPCR results and find the promoter region in a particular gene. Moreover get the advantage of working as a team and how important is me to finish up my assigned work on time.)
