This is an essay that is a part of a bigger project .
The device I have chosen is a microwave( the appliance).
Explain the laws that pertain to your device, the discovery of the physics laws that apply to your device, and the progress of the laws over time as
applicable to your device. This submission should also briefly describe the materials, Earth processes, space processes, geological events, past environments, and
current formation as applicable to your selected device. In addition, you will also need to provide at least three valid and reliable sources that you will use in your
research.
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
II. Physics
A. Laws: Which laws of Newtonian and modern physics apply to your device? How do these laws apply to your device?
B. Discovery: Discuss the discovery of the physics laws that apply to your device. For example, consider questions such as these: How were the laws
discovered? When were they discovered? Who discovered them? Support your discussion with valid, reliable sources.
C. Progress: How have these laws changed over time? What additional research has been conducted to support these changes? Support your
discussion of progress with research.
III. Earth Science
A. Materials: What materials are needed for the device to be constructed? Where can they be found? How are these materials obtained? Use
research to support your answer to these questions.
B. Earth Processes: Analyze the physical processes on Earth that result in the formation of these materials. In other words, how do physical processes
on Earth impact the formation of these materials? Use research to support your analysis.
C. Space Processes: Do these processes occur in other parts of the universe? Explain. How does the process in space differ from the process on Earth?
Use research to support your answer to these questions.
D. Geologic Events: What past geologic events resulted in the formation of these materials? How do these past geologic events influence modern
Earth systems? Use research to support your answer to these questions. Examples of past geologic events include volcanoes, flooding, earthquakes,
and so on.
E. Past Environment: What does the presence of these materials indicate about the past environment of the location where the material is found?
Use research to support your answer to this question. Examples of locations where materials could be found include deserts, swamps, underwater,
and so on.
F. Current Formation: What are some examples of areas where the conditions of the past environment are currently present? Could the material
potentially be forming there now? In other words, provide examples of locations where the conditions of Earth’s past environment when the
material formed are currently present.
These questions should be answered in essay form
