Focused Assessment

1–Document a focused history, physical exam, nursing diagnoses, and nursing process of the case study and compare the differences with a complete assessment.

A 22-year-old woman reports being “sick with the flu” for the past 8 days. 7–Compares the Similarities and Differences in a Focused Assessment Versus a Complete Assessment
Thoughtfully analyzes and evaluates major points of the assessments. Draws warranted, judicious, non-fallacious conclusions. Identifies the salient arguments (reasons and claims) pro and con providing explicit examples and details.

8–Thesis Development and Purpose
Thesis and/or main claim are comprehensive. The essence of the paper is contained within the thesis. Thesis statement makes the purpose of the paper clear.

9–Research Citations (In-text citations for paraphrasing and direct quotes, and reference page listing and formatting, as appropriate to assignment and style.)In-text citations and a reference page are complete and correct. The documentation of cited sources is free of error.
