Consider the 3 choices below what they were, why, how, when, where you made them and who you might have made them with.
1) I chose to be a mother ( because I am a caring person, like to have own family)
2) I chose to be a professional ( because I dont want to be illiterate, be in the upper class in the society, good role model to my daughter)
3) I chose to be a socialite and an ambassador ( helping and advocating for the less privilege and vulnerable in the society, doing charity work and empowering)
The essay should show good understanding of the wider influences of society and culture on the individual psyche. This piece of writing is REFLEXIVE. This is an important part of PS research and practice on a personal and professional level.

This is a personal piece so dont get caught up with theories-however, You dont need to say according to Freud as this is personal writing, but you can use theories that you have an understanding of i.e. unconscious, or id, superego or theories of gender or Foucauldian power
