3. Choose two aspects of communication with children (from your observations) to research in more depth and explain the rationale behind your choices, include observation analysis, reflection, links to research.
(1500 words for each observation aspect analysis = 3000 words total)
4. An action plan/ recommendations for future practice from each observation based on your findings (this can be included at the end of each observation analysis or be included as a separate section) aim to give specific examples link to milestones/EYFS/NC, scales, etc (300 words)
5. Conclusion what have you learned about communication as a result of the observations, links to theory and personal reflection, training CPD (700 words)
