Read the case study – BrandMaker and the required reading material and write a 4-5 pages paper in which you will answer the following questions:
What are the key challenges to be addressed by the CEO Tom Morris and his management team at BrandMaker?
What are the possible implications of the power struggle developing at the top of the company for the future of the Corporate Identity Marketing division CIM)?
What should the CEO, Tom Morris, do to turn conflict into opportunity?
