Each week, students all submit a one-page response paper (typed, single-spaced, 12-point font) that will consist of four components, a paragraph each in length: (a) a summary of the readings for the week including mention of two to three key themes; (b) a discussion of how the readings reflect the “limits of law;” (c) consideration of the relevance of the readings to tribunal design and thus your synthetic essay; and (d) mention of how the readings relate to your case study. At the end of your paper (e), in italics, please include one key 5 passage (with citation), link to a past reading (with citation), and “key” question.
