For this Major Assessment you will develop a four-part written essay to demonstrate your content and pedagogical knowledge and skills and your ability to plan, teach, assess, modify, and reflect on a lesson that is a part of a unit of study. File attachment #1 titled “Directions for Field Experience: Part 2 Major Assessment” includes the complete set of directions for this assessment.
Field Experience: Part 2 should include the following appendices at the end of your essay:

Appendix #2: 3–5 Samples of Student Work**
Appendix #3: Formative Assessment & Analysis Chart
Appendix #4: Visual Representation of Data Collected
Appendix #5: Post-Assessment & Analysis Chart
Appendix #6: Scaffolding and Differentiating Chart – (Appendix #6 is required for Target level only on the Rubric)
